Doing same family history research. This was on a photograph of a young man sent to my Great-grandfather in 1914. Thinking it's possibly a graduation photo, but have zero idea who the gentleman in the photo might be! Thought the logo might give some clue where to look.

What makes you think this is a logo and not just some decorative element?

Good question! I was thinking it might be a school logo/badge or something. It appears on the front cover & also on the page with the photograph. I could be wrong though!

Nope, it's a singular photo. I just put a post on my profile with a couple more pics of it.

It is not really a logo, just an architectural ornament possibly derived from one.
