Out of genuine curiosity , if you found a 1st floor apartment for $1100 +/- in Providence but they did not allow pets would you take it?

Yeah of course. A pet would be nice to have, but I'm not committed to the idea quite yet. A roof over my head with a landlord that doesn't suck ass all the time is more of a priority.

Wow you are one of the only people I ever seen on Reddit that see's having a roof over their head more of a priority than a pet, I've seen people on Youtube videos that will not give up their pets for stable housing with no pet policies. Boggles my mind.

Well I mean I don't have a pet right now, so if it came to wanting a pet, or finding an affordable place to live, I'd obviously have to go with having a place to live. I might be crazy, but I'm not stupid.

I miss having a dog (I had to put my 15 year old pup to sleep a few years back due to untreatable cancer she'd developed), and I've reached the point of genuinely wanting another pet, either a cat or a hedgehog or something like that.

But no, my ability to have one of those things definitely wouldnj't determine whether or not I could find a place to live. Priorities. lol I hate being an adult.
