Yeah, last fall I remember they cleared out a homeless encampment and put those signs up. I doubt you'd get into any trouble for cleaning up, particularly if nobody is around.

Ive been going almost monthly since the fall, and never noticed the signs. Maybe im just oblivious

Yeah, the signs were put up right after they cleared out the homeless camp. I’ve even seen tents there again since then so I doubt police are paying much attention
