It's really annoying how many outdoor cats there are around while I'm walking my dog. I feel like I have to be on constant lookout for them.

I've never lived someplace outdoor cats were legal before! There are tons in my neighborhood (on the East Side).

They have an incredible few rescues that trap and neuter/spay. That helps keep the population down!
