Maybe, I would check Airbnb experiences or whatever they are called they have companies in the Providence marina that do boat tours of the bay. If you mean the gondolas downtown they don't open until April so you will just be a little too early for that.

Thanks any fine dining restaurants you recommend? So the boat tours are all year long?

Not a 100% but know of a company that does charters there and they post it on Airbnb experiences. I would say most likely late March they will be open.
For fine dining:
Jackie's water place downtown, sushi and Chinese, is great and very nice view. If it's nice weather sit on the terrace.
Old school Italian I would recommend Camille's on federal hill. Also chapel grill in Cranston is very good and very nice atmosphere.
Mediterranean also on fed hill would recommend Opa.
Los Andes on chalkstone is also great but make sure you get a reservation it's very popular, Peruvian food.
French would be pot au feu downtown.
Non fine dining but amazing food:
apsara on hope st or in a more sketchy area in Elmwood. Also gourmet house on hope st on the same block. Vietnamese and Cambodian.
la grand parara on broad St, cafeteria style Dominican food. Just expect a long line and wait, even though everything is already cooked the service is slow lol, but the food is great.
Pizza Brooklyn Napolitano's on fed Hill or Jeff's wood fired pizza in east providence.
Mi Guatemala for awesome Guatemalan food on atwells just south of federal hill. Would recommend the mixed grill to share and try a bit of everything.
Indian at India or rasoi on hope st.
