Does anyone know what to do if property owners fence in a paper street? For example, there are super narrow pedestrian alleys in the south side that owners have blocked off.

Berlin Way is a street parallel to Butler only one block away from it. It’s supposed to become the official bike route for Upper Lawrenceville since people drive dangerously up here, but it’s currently fenced off and blocked by dumpsters.

Isn't that new apartment building at McCandless going be built on Berlin Way? I think those Mews townhomes across from Shop n Save are also on top of Berlin Way.

It is the blocked where the apartments by McCandless might soon be, afaik nothing's confirmed there. Either way, the fence has been blocking the street for at least ~7 years and it's bull shit.

The Mews on Butler are on both side of Berlin Way and the street is still open there.

I’d start with 311, your council person, and DOMI. Or put the cyclists on it - they get stuff done!

I am a cyclist. lol

Which is why I like to keep public throughways open. They save a ton of time for everyone not in a car.
