That is a C-130. Neither of the local air wings have those anymore, but you are probably still right that’s it’s a flyover for the game.

This one - we usually see the Globemasters flying over North Oakland and they do big loops, south to north, that's why this one caught my eye.

They’re literally over the city several times a week. I work downtown and they’re always flying around doing practice takeoffs and landings at Pittsburgh International.
