There is a 24 hour cvs in Shadyside/Oakland on centre Ave. they should have no problem filling it

Negative, closest 24 hour CVS is Morgantown.

Edit: if you’re seeing “24 hour”, you’re probably looking at the convenience store and not pharmacy
