"Meanwhile, Pittsburgh's Action News 4 has learned a 22-year-old man who says he's the brother of Clayton Tierney is facing charges in a separate incident.

About 20 minutes after the Beechview shooting, police received a report of a man trespassing on a port authority rail station.

Police said Emmanuel Tierney told them he was trying to get to Beechview because his brother had been shot.

Police asked for his ID to deal with the trespassing issue then offered to take him to Beechview. That's when Tierney allegedly ran off in the opposite direction of Beechview.

Police caught up with him and found he had two rounds of live ammunition in his backpack and that he tossed a pistol during the foot chase.

Tierney is facing several trespassing and firearm charges."
