My Aunt needs a stackable washer/dryer installed in a 1st floor closet. Seems to already be a water line in there. Don't see an electrical though. McCandless area. The sooner the better. Anyone have a reference?

Sounds like you need a general contractor. If all you have is water (do you have hot and cold?), you will need electric, a drain line, exhaust vent... it's a whole slew of things that you need someone who can do all of them.

I can do plumbing and electric.

Have PA contractor license and electrical license in city.
