Hope you have fun in Pittsburgh! Here's a list of the spots I know about'
Head to 5801 for the bougie gays
You could argue blue moon is also preppy, but its a lot more casual. Drag performances some nights as well.
P-town for a more generic gay bar experience. Some cool monthly music events go down there too (look up Jellyfish).
Lucky's if you wanna smoke a cig and see some noodles
Club pittsburgh on sat nights if you like techno
Donny's is closed (rip donny's)
Cruise is a parking garage now
I've never been to brewers so I can't comment
Honorable mentions:
Trim in Lawrenceville. Its a queer run underwear/clothing store. lots of fantastic brands and cool fits.
Spirit Nightclub: several monthly house and dance events frequented by the LGBT community, namely Cherry Bomb and House Plants

I'm probably forgetting/missing a few spots, hopefully someone else can chime in. I've been searching high and low for a cute little queer coffee shop or other hangout spot but haven't found any yet.

I truthfully mean this in the most wholesome, naïve way possible, but what does "see some noodles" mean? I'm not hip and am genuinely curious bc it made me smile/chuckle, but I'm not sure if I should...
