ITT: you aren't in traffic, you are the traffic. You hate it so much take the bus or work closer to home.

I work at home. I feel a need to get out in nature after being stuck on a computer for long periods of time. I don't want to waste my time being stuck in traffic all night which has happened many times in the past few weeks. Taking a bus would not help. Don't assume my life.

How does 'getting out into nature' result in being stuck in traffic? It sounds like you're doing something fundamentally wrong.

Not really. The places I like going to see in town are swarmed in construction. Maybe I like to go see things instead of being in my home or neighborhood? Is that allowed?

Sure. But are you in nature when you're stuck in traffic? Maybe there's a better way.

No I'm stuck in my car.

You know what else can take you into nature? Your own two legs. You forget about those?

Traffic is one of the few natural phenomena that complains about itself.
