You cannot return a voted mail-in ballot at your polling place. You can only surrender your mail-in ballot at your polling place so that it can be spoiled. You will vote in person after the mail-in is spoiled.

A mail-in ballot can only be sent via USPS or dropped off at the County Building. Allegheny County has not announced any drop boxes or satellite locations.
