No one should ever have to pay for a stamp to vote. That’s ridiculous.

Franking privileges for elected officials to send garbage mailings to people in their district which are just thinly veiled campaign letters, are already paid by us. And people campaigning for office are given matching funds for election/campaign purposes, which we also pay for.

Ballots mailed should cost zero to voters.
