Does anyone know a lawyer who would take on a personal injury case and/or landlord/tenant dispute?

I was tackled by security guards for crying resulting in a back injury. Also need help with an eviction with lost possessions and an unresponsive landlord.

I would get in touch with Neighborhood Legal Services. They can give you free recommendations. I've used them in the past to find a family law attorney at a reduced fee. But they definitely deal with tenant/landlord issues. Not as sure about the injury attorney, but they could probably help you find one of those also.

Which is why people should never infer anything from stuff like "we win 98% of our cases." Easy to win if you pick cases you know are a slam dunk.

OP doesn't need two lawyers for this, there are plenty of really good general practitioners around that can efficiently handle both. Personal injury and landlord-tenant are not super complex areas of law. I saw a recommendation for Howard Murphy in the thread, and I would agree.

Rent Help Pgh does great work with evictions. They have a ton of experience.

Both Pitt and Duquesne law schools have legal clinics that may possibly be able to assist. If not the recommendations for neighborhood legal services or the Allegheny county bar association are solid recommendations

I had a free consultation with Howard Murphy once for a landlord/tenant issue. He was super knowledgeable, and had I ended up needing an attorney for the issue, I would’ve hired him. It looks like he does personal injury too. https://www.howardfmurphy.com
