Can't speak for Redbank, but can recommend the Conemaugh / Kiski river in Saltsburg. You can go from Conemaugh Dam to Saltsburg or Saltsburg to Avonmore or Salina or Avonmore to Apollo depending on how long you want to stay in. About an hour drive from the city.
