Although I'd love to see their hours expanded, restaurants like this having limited hours are huge for preventing staff burn out and for ensuring that they have the capacity to keep their standards high

Apteka being a seminfinialst is old news. What isn’t old news is that both chefs made it past the semifinals and made it to the finals for best chefs for the midatlantic region. Congrats!

Not sure about this award but they did make NYT's top 50 us restaraunts list last year. Not even top 50 vegetarian/vegan, just top 50.
