In Feb 2022 we had 841 sq ft on two stories for 4.74/foot, so just shy of $4k. Stair treads, not risers or sides, were another $1k.
We used Peak Floors. I think that's who we could actually get a hold of and surrendered the shopping around at that point. (Insert the usual "getting someone on the phone is often the most challenging part" spiel.)

Was your place empty of all furniture or did they have to move it from room to room?

Empty in that “everything” was in the basement. We didn’t have much furniture wise at that point so it worked out. I’ve seen others put everything into one of those pod rentals as well.
