It's a "best by" date not an "you'll die if you eat it after" date.

Well, for the "It's so bad that it cannot be edible anymore without getting sick." date, you'll be shocked at how long it is.

As long as the product was properly sealed, most product will last between 6 months to a couple of years past the best by date.

Hell, Snapple lasts generally 2 years past the manufacturing date.

This product was made on March 08 of last year. They are probably good until June or July of this year if they were properly sealed. Might not have the best taste but also shouldn't make you sick.
