What specifically are you referring to with "anti-war?"
Which war?
Most people think the war is the good fight, de-escalation and triage are bad words.
There's been an inundation of people repeating water fine, pgh is too far away, and ignoring the potential long-term effects of persistent toxins being deposited in the soil that feed the greater Pittsburgh area.

Looking at the OP's history they strike me as a loon or a Russian. But I repeat myself.
The Tribune-Review published an in-depth story on Wednesday about the air, soil and water implications of the derailment based on science and the geologic structure of this region.

They have only tested for compounds of direct combustion, as if the burnoff was done in a laboratory setting.
Please explain then about the lack of reporting on products of incomplete combustion formed under the presence of chlorine ions, namely the potential for dioxins, furans, and persistent toxins that could have been deposited in the soil anywhere downwind of the burnoff.
Water and air tests are ineffective at recording exactly what was released since "obviously" they are fluids. In a week, they're one place next week, they move downstream.
There hasn't been nearly enough transparency of data or proper sampling to come to any conclusions about the safety and what all byproducts have been produced. For all we know, this could have been the biggest dioxin release in recorded history(unlikely) , but due to lack of testing, nobody knows.
This introduces unnecessary uncertainty into the equation that should have been resolved by now with proper testing.
Have you heard of the Party for Socialism and Liberation? They have an anti-war coalition and some members are currently on the ground in East Palestine to interview people who are affected. Idk if they would want to talk, it would depend on who you write for, but it can't hurt to reach out to them as they're also trying to spread the word.

The toxins are going to be diluted over such a wide area that only a small five mile radius around the crash will be affected. It’s not like accidents like this have never happened before and we have a general idea what the impact will be. Compared to fracking, and the plastics factory in beaver, the toxins from t accident will be diluted below the background levels of pollution in the air every day.

Several tens of billions of dollars of military equipment would disagree.....you can also be anti-war without being pro-russia, there were plenty of people that disagreed with the war in Vietnam but weren't necessarily pro-communisim/ pro-VC etc.

I asked about anti war movement, when I was in college we would protest the us out of El Salvador, us out of Libya, us out of Iraq ,us out of Somalia Etc
so I would be protesting us out of Ukraine for sure because all wars are Bankers Wars they fund both sides

Thats not an accurate analogy. What is happening in Ukraine is analogous to the US invading Canada or Mexico with Russia coming to their defense with funds for weapons. We are not pushing toward Russia and in fact Russia is pushing towards Western Europe against the will of a sovereign nation who has asked for our help and in violation of international law.

I'm not sure why they are... I think it might have to do with the conflation of anti-war and being pro-Russia. You can condemn Russia and also understand that when there's a war, it's the working class who pays the price. I can't help but feel a little disappointed, honestly. It's like we learned nothing from the endless wars in the Middle East.
