It was a fairly popular image from the London BLM protests in 2020. Here it is on Getty images. So in this case you don't need to be able to identify Photoshop necessarily, you can easily reverse image search it to find the original.

The Polo logo is flat. If it were actually printed on the coat it would wrap around the person.
Think about this: if the person is shaped kind of like a cylinder, the middle of them would face us directly and the outer edges of what we could see would be facing to the left and right at 90 degrees. The logo would look normal in the middle, and get squished together more and more as it got closer to the edges. But if you look at the P, you can see there is no perspective and it just cuts off.
