It is a cowboy. He is got half of his face shrouded in shadow. The bottom is his chin and the top is the crown of his cowboy hat.

There should be a subreddit devoted to these. That was really neat. I did not see it at first and then it just popped out at me and now I can not go back to seeing it the way i did before. That's some neat shit right there.
