Sycamore Brewing does an inappropriate label for their Christmas beer every year. A few years back they had to pull and relabel because the State Alcohol Board banned the Reindeer Kama Sutra theme.

It's the TTB that Federally regulates alcohol labels and they can be a little ruthless, frequently banning any form of nudity.
