Yes it is! A little bummed that they say it’s cleaned because I certainly didn’t clean it. The value would have been higher otherwise. But still in uncirculated condition

I'm not a collector, but I have always heard that cleaning decreases the value of coins. Did they offer any explanation as to why they claim it was cleaned?

Not from what I could tell. I looked into what they deem “cleaned” and it could be as little as slight hairline scratches that could indicate that it was wiped down so they must have seen something like that under magnification

Its likely the lack of even patina on your coin. It's 200+ years old, it should have a good brownish even patina over the entire surface. The lack of even patina usually means it was cleaned at some point, but it could have been years ago as it does look like its trying to pick a patina back up. With time, it could 're-patina' but not if it stays in that sealed slab and away from oxygen.
