Drips sap, not an easy breakdown like a fake tree, fire hazard, and you forgot the pine needle cleanup AFTER the first 3 pine needle cleanups๐

the boy scouts pick the tree up for $5 after the holidays. You don't even need to actually pay I believe it's a suggested donation.
