I didn’t know Reddit had its own link shortening!

I had to shorten them cause it simply wasn’t working with the hyperlink for some reason. All three of em!

Odd, I've never had issues with link length. I wonder if that's a new.reddit problem or something with the app.

That actually makes me realize that Reddit have seemingly hidden the shortlinks these days. On old.reddit they are right at the top of the sidebar on every post. However I don't see them at all on new.reddit ("share>copy link" just gives the full link) and I'm not sure what the deal is with mobile.

Anyway, once you know they exist they are quite easy to create at least since they're just redd.it/ + the 6 character code from the URL.
