Hey, dont know which kind of van they used, but i converted one with my girlfriend a couple years ago and depending on the Model you can get quite good bed length. We used a Peugeot boxer and have a bed of 1,90m which equals something around 6‘2“.

I used a Mercedes sprinter and I'm six foot and can easily sleep across it.
