Didn't realise Queen Victoria was an oompa loompa

They say she was 5 feet but some historians say 4' 11. I'm going with the latter
That's her in one of her [black dresses] (https://i.pinimg.com/originals/be/8a/0f/be8a0f3429a883806fac3a4b0161d9ac.jpg)

Was she a weirdly short Faun?

She had a lot of extra cargo space in the rear.

She died at 81. Prince Albert died at 42, but she wore mourning clothes from the time he died until her own death. A small woman like that is going to shrink as she ages, especially without any type of medication.

Yes that seems likely as the 5' or 4'11 is still pretty normal, that dress looks like it was made for a little person

That's where she stored her snacks. It's up to you how you interpret snacks.

My great aunt tried to tell me she was 5 feet tall. She said I had to be 5’5” because she was 5 feet tall. I am 5’2” if I stand up straight, and she was shrinking at 63 y.o. So, I hate to see what happened to people who wanted to argue with an actual queen about her height. (Edit: small typo)

Hold on how tall was she???
