It’s a good time. It’s not cheese on that, but likely more like a cream. I was at an all you can eat pizza place in Brazil where they walk around and offer you a slice of whatever just came out of the oven. I had pesto followed by Oreo followed by margarita. The base is a vehicle to get the tasty food to your mouth

So I make pizzas at home. In fact I make so many pizzas that I built myself an outdoor wood fired pizza oven. I make my own dough...blah blah blah tldr I'm a huge fan of good pizza. At the end of a big pizza dinner with friends one of my favorites is a Nutella pizza with fresh raspberries. Every now and then I add a few cut up marshmallows to make it even sweeter. Is it gimmicky? Sure. But it's also surprisingly good even for someone who likes the whole craft of pizza-ing

It’s not cheese it’s shaved coconut, Take a look at the outer rim and spill over, see the shaved coconut? Chocolate and coconut are awesome together. A popular dessert pizza, not everyone is aware of yet apparently. In Brazil it’s called “prestígio”. Think mound candy bar but better.

If that had been marshmallow instead of cheese it might be good, some kosher salt sprinkled about as well to give it a salty sweet taste and it may be enjoyable. Especially if the chocolate was on the just barely melted so it had a thicker consistency and wasn't runny/burning you.

We have a place called pizza pie cafe and they literally have like six or seven dessert type pizzas and this is one of them and it's a buffet Pizzeria

Okay, those aren't that weird at all. Basically everywhere all over the world they do this. Weird pizza toppings isn't just a Brazil thing and what you consider weird to put on a pizza is dependent on your culture.
