What’s the explanation for the stature / lean of the PM? Was he coming up from a bow? Why are his arms so stiff? I find this visually very interesting.

I'm obviously out of the loop. What happened to Suga-san??? To be honest, he looked reallllllllly old when Abe-san stepped down to allow Suga-san to become PM.
