Springfield Missouri had them showing up for a bit. Handing out roses on Valentines Day to people and just generally being chaotic fun. Pretty sure it's the work of the Springfield Improv. That picture is from 2019.

I remember that! my father's restaurant was two doors down from this, they popped in... I miss those days

It's not there anymore, Vito's Kitchen. Now Prairie Pie, know the owner of it, very good spot!

Oh, been to both. Prarie puts a little too much sage in their Chicken Pot Pie foe me. Their Beef and Mushroom is awesome and I look forward to their kielbasa this month. Also they have CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE! MY FAVORITE TYPE OF PIE!

Anyway. Vito's was a pizza spot right? Had it a couple times, always thought it was better than Pappos.
