They've done a photoshop of Dan (one of the slowmo guys) from a different frame in the same video OP's image is from, on the legs of one of the spider-like machines the dwemer created (an ancient civilisation) in Skyrim

It doesn't contain the original image, but, it contains a similar.. and higher quality image of the same person in the same situation, from a different angle..

So I dunno it's a tossup.
