That is very well done. I presume you had to mask out the head as well?

The masked doggo actually fit perfectly over the birds head/body. It was an owl. I just had to do a quick clone to hide the owl's feet. Then I found a forest background and applied motion blur to that as well as the edges of the bird-doggo. Not to mention adding shadows, light overlays, and color balancing to bring it all together. It's kinda rough IMO but turned out quite good. I'm glad you appreciate my work :)

Oh wow. I thought with the dogs head being more pointed than an owls head, that you'd had to have cloned in the tree to overlay where the original head was at.

It looks...plausible, which is what I like.

Well, the image I found was of an owl landing, so it's head was a bit tucked down. Here is the original owl picture, for reference. The real magic is finding an image on google search that fits the perspective of the source image.. that's the trickiest part once you master photoshop... I do this stuff professionally so from time to time I like to come on here to have some quick fun :D
