no, we should make it so they don't bring their big stupid cars into center city. that'll not only clear a bunch of car traffic, but it will increase foot traffic as well. It'll be great for people and businesses in the northeast, and in center city.

I go the other way and it fucking sucks. Especially with the ever under construction 95. Once I'm in the city I can park and walk or bike. But I can't reasonably get to work otherwise.
