Is it done yet? Before the offramp was finished there were already shanties built.

Most of the shanties from last year are gone. Those monstrosities at grafitti pier and that stupid ‘Fishtown’ building across from Planet Fitness behind the gas station will make it ao those side walks are cleaned out of homeless frequently
