I was born and raised here and I give a shit and I know that other people do too. Being a self-absorbed prick is not a Philly specific problem.

I agree with you and I'm glad you care, but for philly it does appear more people don't care about others and start shit when ppa and ppd try and do their jobs so here we are. I wish they would tow every single car not parked and fine them and hold them accountable.... but you you think that the people would just accept it and pay their fines.... no shot
