Awbury Arboretum feeds them to goats, or you can just put it on the sidewalk on trash day.

Replace all the ornaments with 20 dollar bills, attached in such a way that they have to spend some time getting them all off.
Not only will your tree get taken, but it will likely get "the royal treatment" (AKA ride inside of or on top of the truck).

I just heard about the Philly Goat Project from a friend- we don't have a tree to feed them because we have an artificial tree but we're totally going to visit the goats next weekend anyway!
