The first spa listed is on the other side of Cheltenham Ave, literally right across the street from Philly. Now its not close to center city at all but OP stated they didnt mind septa. And it happens to be a nice place according to thier website.

It’s less than a 5 minute walk from philadelphia to the cheltenham spa mentioned.

The priority here is being close to transit, not specifically being in philly

It’s actually kind of an ideal for me! I think being in a quieter environment than center city sounds good. Just needs to be reachable without a car. Though I appreciate that it’d be great to have a truly local option too
