Dang bummed to find out they don't teach you how to make cheese at the Philly cheese school.

Had to go to their site. I haven't been myself. They teach about making cheese boards and what pairs with what. It's byob. Eat some cheese. Seems fun for some but I would've signed up last night for a cheese MAKING class.
