This normally wouldn't be a post of interest - it happens way too frequently - except the video shows the suspect decked out for Call of Duty meets GTA or something.

Guy was obviously up to something else - hence the ninja suit. I wonder if it was something as banal and infuriating as catalytic converter theft (a continuing problem in this neighborhood.)
