For strain recommendations, I'm also 3/3 for those conditions lol Everyone is different with how their body reacts, but for the most part I stick to anything Indica-dominant to decompress, slow down and be able to relax a little. Make sure to target any strains with CBD to help with back pain also.
I generally try anything that sounds interesting, but Garlic Cookies, GG #4, Granddaddy Purp, OG 18 and 707/818 Headband are my go-tos. Jack Herer is a Sativa but I generally react well to it and it gives me the non-anxious energy that I need sometimes. I have never gone wrong with any hybrids from Cresco either.

To be fair, the inflated prices at the weed store in Jersey seem to be the same as the inflated prices at every weed store where it’s legal.
It always has been, and always will be, cheaper to just call the plug. These days, the stuff they have is eerily similar to what the dispensary offers, too.

I buy concentrates. In NYC I got a gram of crumble for $40. Half gram of any concentrate in NJ is $75. In CO I could probably get an eighth of concentrate for $80.
