Hello, all! My wife and I live in Rittenhouse and are looking for a live tree. The closest lot seems to be in Fairmont, but we don’t have a car. Does anyone know of something closer to our neighborhood? Many thanks.
We’ve been using the Christmas Tree Stand for delivery in Old City the last few years. Not the cheapest, but great trees and super easy delivery!
Rittenhouse market at 18th and Spruce has sold them in the past.
Do they still sell them at the Christmas Village?
They used to, and they'd deliver too. Pick out the tree, they tag it for you, and deliver after they're done for the day. If that doesn't work, Rittenhouse Market is the way to go.
If you don’t mind missing out on the experience, there are places in the suburbs that will deliver. Also Home Depot and lowes will deliver, and I’ve had great experiences with Home Depot trees
They sell trees at the Whole Foods on Pennsylvania Ave / South Street locations

I just ordered mine from phillytrees.com, I live in Rittenhouse as well. It's far more convenient. Good luck!
Rittenhouse Market sells live trees! Probably just gotta wait til next week
It's not that close to Rittenhouse, but last year (and I assume every year) there was a Christmas tree seller at the corner of Passyunk and Broad. They deliver for a small fee (I think it was like $15).

Rent a car and pay a fraction to a suburban tree farm. have a couples tradition and realize not having a car blows!
Definitely worth the cost of insurance + gas + parking + maintenance to save a couple bucks on a tree once a year!
