Trick or treat

Our plans fell thru for trick or treating tonight so we’re going to be staying close to the city. Are there any areas where we can trick or treat and be safe? I live in north they don’t really do it up here let alone do I want to do it around here

Come to Northwood section of Frankford off castor Ave before oxford circle. Always good crowds in this area.

East passyunk is a nice neighborhood for trick or treating. Some decorations to see and anyone participating will usually be sitting right out on their stoop.
