It's worth a ride up to H-Mart in North Philly. The location is the best one in the area. They have Soon Hari soju and some sake varieties. Next choice would be Total Wine, at least for the sake selection. Your absolute best bet for soju and sake in the tri-state area is to venture up to Mitsuwa Marketplace in Edgewater, NJ. There's an entire aisle of both.
