I did not miss it. The jingle can go fuck itself.

about 10 years ago, there was one in my neighborhood whose jingle thing broke, so they had to replace it, and the one they got played "silent night". weird man. i guess those things are hard to find for old ice cream trucks. you just gotta make do with the jingles they have, you know?

Last year at Porch Fest it was posted up right outside of one of the bigger "venues" blasting that cursed song while a poor band was trying to play

Dude used to post up outside my house for over an hour some nights, song playing away. I met the entire neighborhood that way. I miss it, my current block he never comes.

Is that the same truck that goes "HELLO!' at the end of the jingle?

The music volume should go from 10 to 1 as soon as the truck is put in park. Automatically. so I don’t have to listen to it blasting why they are serving people in front of my house.

I hear them in NW but they never visit my street! It's one the weird "the street is two way but so narrow people have to take turns" streets. I want a cone so bad I have to go to Rita's.
