It's not latex though. They said it's butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate. Lying liars gonna lie.

I found the press conference with the city on the ABC 6 website. He lists them around the 10 minute mark.

I couldn't find it on abc again to link but here it is from CBS.

Idk why you're getting downvoted. Latex is all I saw too all day yesterday. I only saw the press conference because I went searching for a definitive list of chemicals so I could read the Safety Data Sheets.
