it really was great going there before all the articles, always a small crowd, plenty of space/seats, etc - like a small farmers market. Went again somewhat recently and couldnt even get in the parking lot.

For sure, it’s ironic that it’s a super transitable area besides all of the parking lots and highways to cross.

And FDR being one giant parking lot on the weekends with cars parked everywhere and bumper to bumper traffic. Ahh just what everyone wants when they go to the park.

Yup it sucks, cars should be forced to park around the stadiums and be banned inside the actual park, outside of accommodating the handicapped and deliveries.

Such an easy fix. The park is surrounded by parking lots for days.
