Found dog last week, East Falls

Hi, this lil dog (some type of terrier) showed up at The Falls Center late last week. No collar, no chip, canvassed the neighborhood, posted at all of the shelters, but no luck. She is safely with a rescue group as we could not keep her, but we would love to find her owners. Anybody recognize her? She is great on a leash and has excellent manners…I cannot accept that this dog was just dumped 😤

I also doubt she was dumped, I have a similar terrier/lab mix and she's an escape artist, super fast and will try to chase a squirrel to California if she gets loose. Hopefully someone that recognizes her sees this and she finds her home.
