Last night there were so many drunken angry people heading home. People that scared me the most? The group of 3 teenagers with full face masks and head coverings lurking around Chestnut st. No. The city will do nothing.

It really says something when I feel totally safe around hoards or drunk mad folks, but will absolutely do everything possible to get as far away as possible from kids in this city. I've lived here for most of my life and I haven't felt this wary in a long while

Are you talking about that one incident posted a few days ago? -the one on Addison st? Are there more reports with the same description of suspects?

There's been a few with similar patterns. By the liberty bell, where the victim got tasted and over by 13 and Morris, where the attackers hung around and laughed at the victim while people tried to help him up. I think there was another more recently, as well.

Sounds like the 'knock-out game' is still a fun activity for some people?

It happened to me in 1993; just got punched twice in the back of the head though at Broad and Spruce.

No way. In fact in Philly right now your chances of being caught even for homicide are about 50/50. I’m not exaggerating either.
