I know we had that warm spell recently. I’ve started seeing some trees getting started down here in south Philly. Are they in prime time yet? Or still a ways to go?

Was on Kelly Drive today /- not even close.. wait till mid March if the temperatures continue above average

Thanks. The temperature’s been all weird lately. Was worried they’d come early and then die off with the cold. Happy to hear they are holding off. Not actually supposed to be that nice for the next 10 days. But I figured maybe I’d make the best of it if I had to.

The temps have caused a lot of blooming. Tulips are starting. It’s crazy

Usually, but they're coming on way early this year. The kwanzans haven't started to bloom just yet, but the rosebud cherries are popping already.

In my experience cherry blossoms really start to bloom almost exactly the same time as when I start seeing chicken bones on the sidewalk at Front and Girard
